 A company is more than just a building, a set of legal documents or a marketing brochure. A company is, at its very foundation, a group of people. People define a company, how it operates and how it performs. A company is a reflection of the people who comprise its workforce, its management and its shareholders.
Our core values define who we are as a company. They bring our beliefs and motivations to the foreground and force us to continually evaluate our actions, or inactions, against. Our core values are more than just words; they are a call to action that asks each of our employees to commit to a common set of beliefs in how we work in our world today.

We value honesty. Honesty is a necessary building block for trust and integrity.
Integrity
We value integrity. It has been said that integrity is what you do when no one is watching. This holds true for individuals and companies. We strive to perform every function in our company and our lives with integrity.
Dignity
We value dignity. Everyone has inherent worth and deserves respect.
Respect
We value respect. Respect conveys esteem and honor and builds strong relationships between individuals and companies. We desire respect and strive to show respect.
Trust
We value trust. Trust is something that is earned over time and is comprised of the prior four values. We recognize that trust is a not only vital to our success as a company, but also to our success in life. We seek to build trust between our employees, partners, shareholder, customers and the communities we operate in. Trust requires an enormous amount of effort to obtain but requires very little to destroy.
As a company we are entrusted with a great deal of responsibility to our customers, employees, shareholders and communities. We do not take that trust for granted. We cherish the trust each person, company and community places with us, and we strive to retain that trust for a lifetime.
