Goleman Networks began by providing network consulting and network management services to a construction company in Murray, Utah in September of 1999. From 1999 through 2004 the company was organized as a sole proprietorship doing business under the name Goleman Network Solutions. In November of 2004 the company incorporated in the state of Delaware as Goleman Networks, Inc. and has been operating as a profitable corporation ever since.

During our first few years of operation our primary revenue center was network consulting and network management. In October of 2002 we began shifting our focus away from network management services and into web hosting, leveraging our experience building and managing reliable networks to delivering high quality hosting solutions for companies across the United States. We began by providing web, email and domain hosting services to a select group of our network management clients who provided invaluable feedback on our products and services.

From 2003 through 2005 our web hosting and application hosting services grew to be a substantial percentage our revenue as we solidified our hosting environment and began pouring more resources into the hosting side of the company. We determined that the company needed to further develop our hosting offerings and web presence to compete in the web hosting industry. Our entire web site, account management, billing, provisioning and helpdesk systems were redesigned during 2005 to provide better support for our customers.

Today Goleman Networks is expanding our web hosting service offerings with reseller and affiliate programs, dedicated servers, and enterprise hosting solutions. We are growing rapidy and currently have equipment located in two state-of-the-art datacenters, one in Salt Lake City, Utah and another in Los Angeles, California.

We are excited at what the future holds in store, not only for our company and our employees, but most importantly for our customers who rely on our services to run some of the most critical aspects of their companies.
